Appointed by Test Valley Borough Council to carry out PPM reporting across their commercial building stock throughout Hampshire.
Test Valley Borough Council appointed Bressummer A.R.K. to inspect and report on over 50 commercial properties across Hampshire, under three separate tranches. The purpose of our appointment was to provide the Council’s estates team with comprehensive information of each of their assets along with the current condition and future maintenance liabilities. This included review of building services along with compliance items also.
