Our client required a photographic schedule of condition on this light industrial premises in a village in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside. With the purpose to document the condition of the property ahead of a new lease term.
Delivery
Use of our drone allowed us to capture the condition and defects of the roof.
Acting on our instructions and liaising with our clients solicitor we attended the property to document its condition. By using our drone to survey the roof we were able to accurately capture the poor condition of the roof.
The detailed nature of our report and high quality photographs allowed our client to protect their commercial interests when taking on a commercial lease of this property, ensuring they were not liable for any pre-existing maintenance items.
