EnquireWe were instructed to provide a photographic schedule of condition for inclusion in a new lease.
Were were approached by the Council to carry out a photographic schedule of condition on this light industrial unit in Eastleigh, Hampshire to accurately capture the condition of the property ahead of a new lease term.
Our accurate recording of the building allowed the customer to be confident the condition of the property was captured.
We arranged access with the current occupiers and agreed a time to inspect the property and our surveyor carried out a thorough inspection of the premises.
Using our drone and telescopic camera to inspect the awkward roof pitch we were able to accurately capture the condition of the premises. Our report comprehensively described and illustrated the condition by using text and photographs to ensure no ambiguity in the reporting.
The inspection was carried out initially on a rare day of snowfall meaning that we had to return to inspect the roof covering the next day. This was carried out at no additional cost or stress to our customer as we took care of arranging further access direct with the tenant.
