Bressummer A.R.K. were contacted by our customer, a commercial Landlord, who had a lease coming to an end and who were unsure about the dilapidations process and had a tenant who was offering a commercial settlement to ‘walk away’ from the lease. We arranged a call to discuss their concerns and give our initial guidance before being instructed to carry out our inspection and provide a formal terminal schedule of dilapidations, which was served on the outgoing tenant.
