We were appointed on a dispute between Landlord and Tenant as a Party Appointed Expert Witness. This was a delicate matter as emotions were high between the parties and our inspection was required to happen swiftly. We were asked to provide expert opinion around the condition of the property, repairs required and interpretation of lease covenants to allocate responsibility to Landlord or Tenant.

Our services and report were provided in an impartial manner and fully compliant with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules. We were subsequently instructed to attend court and provide expert witness evidence and answer questions on our report which we carried out as a continuation of our services.
