Commercial fit out of four retail spaces
Approached by Eastleigh Borough Council who wished for four newly built commercial units to be fitted out to a CAT A+ finish. There were requirements from our client to prioritise certain units in the construction programme to fit in with interest from potential Tenants and occupiers.
Bressummer A.R.K. were asked to provide services in specification of the works, managing the tender process and acting as contract administrator to the building contract and generally managing the works.
