How your feedback helps us ‘Give Back’

At Bressummer ARK, we believe that business success should go hand in hand with making a positive impact. That’s why we’re proud to introduce our new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative: Giving Back Through Feedback.

As a business operating in the commercial property industry, we understand the importance of having a place to call home. Unfortunately, for many people, safe and secure housing remains out of reach. That’s why we’re partnering with Shelter, a charity dedicated to fighting homelessness and bad housing in the UK.

Our commitment is simple: For every review we receive across Google, Trustpilot, and other platforms, we will donate £10 to Shelter each year. This means that every time a client, colleague, or partner shares their feedback about our services, they are also contributing to a vital cause.

At Bressummer ARK, we believe that feedback is essential for growth. Your insights help us refine our services, enhance client experiences, and continue to uphold the values of Authenticity, Reliability, and Knowledge (ARK). But we also believe that feedback should have an even greater impact beyond our business.

By linking our review process to charitable giving, we’re not only improving our service standards but also making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Homelessness is a growing issue in the UK, and organisations like Shelter play a crucial role in offering support, advice, and advocacy to those in need.

We are pleased to share that we have already made our first donations to Shelter, marking the beginning of our commitment to this important cause.

At the end of each year, we will calculate the total number of reviews across all platforms and make a lump sum donation to Shelter. We are proud to have already taken the first step with our initial contribution., ensuring that our contribution scales with the valuable insights we receive from our clients.

We believe in doing business with purpose. Your feedback doesn’t just help us grow,it helps those in need find a place to call home.
