  Acting on behalf of the Landlord or Tenant in situations that require dilapidations schedules to be produced, tenant focused assessments to be made or professional representation in negotiation of claims to be carried out. We are specialists in this field.

  Offering schedules of condition tailored for inclusion in the lease documents.

• Sub-Consultancy services

  We offer our building consultancy services to other building consultants who may be struggling for resource on specific instructions or at specific moments in time. We are experienced in being appointed as sub-consultants under our own brand or in a ‘white labelling’ context.
